Creativity has never been more important for success.

So how do you foster an environment that capitalises on innovation?

That’s where we come in. We help you Jump Out of the System and build new ventures, products and business models that grow revenue. Our unique team is made up of executives, entrepreneurs and experts that will help you to find innovative solutions to grow your business. We blend commercial acumen, lean start-up thinking, tech and hands-on leadership development, to uncover the highest value opportunities.

This is achieved using our 3 step process:

Ideation

An energizing process that will lead your business to uncover new ideas and concepts, which are then triaged to identify and prioritise the most valuable projects.

Formation

Embracing lean, agile methodology, the J.O.O.T.S team will shape out a product strategy, development roadmap, and supporting business plans before pulling together the required resource to create an MVP to enable market validation.

Commercialisation

Time to ramp it up. J.O.O.T.S will lead you through the process of building the team and the solution, ensuring the concept is scalable and there is an internal team to deliver success.

Ideation

To truly jump out of the system, we need to start by understanding what the current system is.  What are the challenges and opportunities? What can’t be touched?  What are the barriers to change? What has driven historical success? This understanding is gained during 1:1 interviews with a selection of key executives and board members.

In parallel to this process, Joots will undertake a sweep of the market to review relevant innovators in related markets identifying organisations who have challenged the status quo, and bringing those lessons and insights back into the business, to commence the process of challenging the existing system.

With this understanding of the system and new lens of innovation, a series of hypotheses are developed which are then tested using your existing data assets, augmented with external data assets where necessary.

The Joots team will then facilitate an executive  ideation workshop that will lead to the identification of two or three concepts with potential to enable your business to ‘Jump out of the System’, before narrowing in on the idea that has the greatest potential to add value to your organisation

The Ideation process should be expected to be completed within 2 – 4 weeks.

Creation

Having  identified the concept which  the business believes can drive genuine market disruption or  business transformation, the Joots team will work with you to develop a small  Agile team that will be tasked with scoping the concept, developing initial budgets and potential resourcing requirements, and shaping the strategic product roadmaps.  The concept will be brought to life through a rapid branding process.

In parallel to this process, Joots will undertake a sweep of the market to review relevant innovators in related markets identifying organisations who have challenged the status quo, and bringing those lessons and insights back into the business, to commence the process of challenging the existing system.

Commercialisation

Building the pathway to Commercialisation (scale)  is perhaps the greatest challenge of a Joots project.    This stage of the project requires strength and courage, discipline and drive, and energy and entrepreneurialism.   This is the stage where the business commits to breaking the system – doing things differently and challenging the status quo.

Joots will work quickly to assemble a team of talent to enable rapid  progress to be made with transitioning from the MVP concept to a product and service platform that is capable of scaling.   The team will develop and execute a go to market strategy that is focused upon validating the commercial viability and scalability  of the proposition. As we move through the commercialization phase, Joots will support the business to develop an in house team that is capable of assuming on-going  ownership for the successful delivery of the project.

Joots will implement and manage a project governance framework  that ensures full transparency and appropriate risk management

The Commercialisation process should be expected to take 3 – 6 months.
